About Becky

My professional career starting working with women with complex needs in the criminal justice system. Over the next decade, I continued to work with people with direct experience of trauma, addiction and complex mental health needs. I led teams, developed new services at both an operational and strategic level across the third and public sector.

My experience has helped me understand both the complexity of our lives and that we are not supposed to have everything figured out on our own. I learned that having a supportive presence alongside us can help us see with a different perspective, learn in unexpected ways and find new ways forward. My approach is collaborative and compassionate, seeking to support meaningful learning, growth and change for you or your team.

I have delivered coaching, training and group workshops for individuals and teams across Scottish Government, NHS, Local Authorities, Private Sector, Third Sector, and local community groups. I completed my ICF certified Associate Coaching Diploma in October 2024.

I live in Edinburgh and have a Public Sector role working in Health Inequalities. I love swimming in the sea, a flat white and leopard print.
